By agreeing to this policy, you recognize that arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may add a $15 late fee to your service total.

By agreeing to this policy, you accept that cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of the appointment time result in the forfeiture of your deposit, along with an additional $30 fee.
